1. How do I place an order? Simply browse our catalog of smart home gadgets, choose your desired product and variant (color/size), click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method to complete the order.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most pin codes in India. You can select the COD option at checkout.

3. Are online payments safe on your store? Absolutely. We use 100% secure, encrypted payment gateways. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

4. How long does delivery take? We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment! Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes about 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on your exact location.

5. How can I track my order? As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link. You can use this link to track your package's journey directly to your doorstep.

6. Do you charge for shipping? Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and the current promotions running on our Luvonix store.

🔄 Replacements & Cancellations

7. Can I return my order for a refund? To maintain our highly discounted prices and fast shipping, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. 8. What if I receive the wrong color or size? We have a strict 7-Day Replacement Only policy. If you receive a product with the wrong color or wrong size compared to what you ordered, we will replace it for you at no extra cost. We do not offer replacements for change of mind.

9. How do I request a replacement for a wrong item? Please email us at [luvonix.store@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Attach clear photos and an unboxing video showing the incorrect item along with the shipping label. Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup and send the correct item immediately.

10. Can I cancel my order? Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
