7-Day Replacement Policy
At Luvonix, we double-check every order before dispatch to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. To maintain our highly discounted prices and fast shipping times, we do not offer returns or refunds.
However, we do offer a strict 7-Day Replacement Only policy under specific conditions.
When is a Replacement Allowed? You are eligible for a free replacement only if:

Wrong Color: The color of the product you received is different from what you ordered.

Wrong Size/Variant: The size or specific variant of the product is different from your order confirmation.
Please note: We do not accept replacement requests for change of mind, ordering the wrong item.
How to Request a Replacement If you received the wrong color or size, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

Attach clear photos or an unboxing video showing the incorrect item you received along with the original packaging and shipping label.

Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) and immediately dispatch the correct product to your address at no extra cost.
Important Conditions:

The request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

No Refunds: Under no circumstances do we issue refunds to the original payment method or bank account. This is strictly a replacement-only policy.
